- Intraquotes can provide services to buyers only for bug-related issues of the indicator/product. Subscriptions, purchases, device restrictions, returns, and refunds are completely governed by mql5.com and Intraquotes has no control over these.
- Intraquotes and the product/indicator developer have the final right to decide the functionality and design of the indicator/product.
- Intraquotes is not liable for any trading losses incurred using Intraquotes's products/indicators. Buyers should read the full risk disclosure before purchasing/rent or use of the product/indicator. Buyers are responsible for their own trading losses and decisions and should trade responsibly with Intraquotes's products/indicators.
3. Information on the Website/Social Media
- Intraquotes is not liable for any losses incurred by users based on information shown on this website or our brand social media accounts. Trading is subject to market risk, and it is recommended to read the full risk disclosure before engaging in any financial activity.
- The Intraquotes team has the final decision on how data is represented on their website, excluding any third-party applications or advertising banners.
4. Service Limitations
- Intraquotes provides technical software designed for independent traders. Personalized technical support, personalised user-specific update requests, one-to-one troubleshooting conducted outside the MQL5 platform, and assistance provided through calls or remote desktop sessions are not offered. Product updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements are implemented at our sole discretion and, where adopted, are released globally through MetaTrader and made available to all users.
- We do not provide financial advice, trading signal services, account management, or private trading coaching under any circumstances.
- Due to strict regulatory compliance, direct communication and personalized assistance are entirely unavailable to clients located in restricted regions, including India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh.
5. Advertising Terms and Conditions
- Intraquotes is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred by the advertiser after purchasing advertising services. The advertiser assumes all risks associated with the use and performance of the advertised content.
- All payments made for advertising services are final. Once payment has been received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
6. Partnered Trading Platforms
- If users/viewers cause any losses to our partnered trading platforms, Intraquotes will not be liable. It is the platform's sole responsibility to validate users' details before accepting them as clients.
- Intraquotes is an independent development and mediatory platform, and is strictly not liable for any trading losses incurred by the user on any recommended synthetic indices platforms.
7. Prohibited Data Scraping
- You are expressly prohibited from using any automated tools (including bots, scrapers, or scripts) to extract, copy, or monitor any data or calculations from our platform.
- Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any of our calculator algorithms, formulas, or code is strictly forbidden.
- Commercial use or redistribution of calculator outputs without our express written permission is prohibited. Limited personal use with proper attribution is permitted.
